Account Deletion Process

To delete your account and associated data, please follow the steps below. Once the deletion process is complete, all your personal information will be permanently removed from our systems.

Step-by-Step Guide to Delete Your Account:

1. Access Your Profile:

Tap on your profile picture located in the top right corner of the app's main screen.

1. Open Settings:

Once you're on your profile page, tap on the settings icon (⚙️) to access the app’s settings menu.

1. Navigate to Account Management:

In the settings menu, scroll down and tap on Account Management.

1. Initiate Account Deletion:

In the Account Management section, tap on Delete Account to start the account deletion process.

1. Provide a Reason:

You will be prompted to select or enter a reason for deleting your account. This step is optional but helps us improve our services.

1. Confirm with Password:

Enter your account password to confirm your identity and proceed with the deletion.

1. Complete the Process:

After confirming your password, tap Delete to finalize the process. Once confirmed, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted.
